It is happy to introduce our newly shipped Rogers RO4003C Hydrocarbon Ceramic woven glass PCB, a high-performance solution that meets the demands of modern electronic applications. Supplied to the highest standards, this 2-layer rigid PCB offers exceptional performance, reliability, and versatility.

The foundation of our PCB lies in the Rogers RO4003C Hydrocarbon Ceramic woven glass material. With a process DK of 3.38 at 10 GHz/23°C and a low dissipation factor of 0.0027 at the same frequency and temperature, this PCB material ensures excellent signal integrity and minimal loss. Furthermore, its impressive Tg (>280 °C) and Td (>425°C) values make it highly resistant to extreme temperature environments, ensuring reliable performance in a wide range of operating conditions (-40℃ to +85℃).


2. Robust Stackup:
The PCB features a sturdy 2-layer stackup that enhances its structural integrity. Copper_layer_1 and Copper_layer_2, both 35 μm thick, sandwich the Rogers 4003C substrate, which is 0.305 mm thick. This construction provides excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical strength, making it suitable for various applications.

Additionally, the finished board thickness is 0.43mm, with 1oz (1.4 mils) outer layer copper weight and via plating thickness of 20 μm. The surface finish is carefully crafted with immersion gold for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The top silkscreen is in black, providing clear component labeling.

To ensure the highest quality, each PCB undergoes a 100% electrical test before shipment. Our PCB statistics showcase the attention to detail and reliability of our product, including 115 components, 217 total pads, 112 thru-hole pads, 105 top SMT pads, 0 bottom SMT pads, 168 vias, and 5 nets.
