Available in thicknesses of 12.5um, 20um, and 25um, with copper options including ED copper, RA copper, and RTF copper ranging from 12um to 70um, this PCB provides flexibility and reliability for your designs.

The PCB construction details include a minimum trace/space of 3/4 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.25mm. It does not include blind vias, and the finished board thickness is 0.03mm. The outer layers have a finished copper weight of 1oz (1.4 mils). The surface finish is Immersion Gold, ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.

For ease of use, the SF201-based RF PCB does not include top and bottom silkscreen or top and bottom solder mask. However, it undergoes a comprehensive 100% electrical test prior to shipment, ensuring its reliability and performance.
