Featuring a dielectric constant of 10 +/- 0.05 at 10 GHz/23°C and a dissipation factor of 0.0035 at 10 GHz/23°C, the CER-10 PCB guarantees precise and efficient signal transmission, minimizing signal loss. Its thermal conductivity of 0.63 W/mK enables effective heat dissipation, allowing the PCB to perform optimally in demanding thermal conditions.

One of the key advantages of the CER-10 laminate is its low moisture absorption rate of 0.02%. This ensures that the PCB remains durable and reliable, even in humid environments, while maintaining consistent electrical properties over time. The board dimensions measure 95mm x 89mm, offering ample space for circuit design. The minimum trace/space of 4/6 mils and minimum hole size of 0.3mm enable intricate and precise routing, facilitating efficient component placement and assembly.

In terms of finishing, this PCB has a finished board thickness of 0.8mm and a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) on the outer layers. The vias have a plating thickness of 20 μm for reliable electrical connections. The surface finish is an immersion gold, which provides excellent solderability and corrosion resistance. The top silkscreen is black, aiding component identification, while the bottom silkscreen is not included, promoting a clean and professional aesthetic. The top and bottom solder masks are also not applied, allowing for customized soldering and rework as needed.

Every PCB undergoes a 100% electrical test prior to shipment, ensuring exceptional quality and reliability. The supplied artwork format for this PCB is Gerber RS-274-X, a widely accepted standard in the industry.
