One critical aspect of RF-30A is its outstanding peel strength for 1/2 ounce and 1 ounce RT copper, making it an ideal choice for rework or repeated reflow processes. Furthermore, its ultra-low moisture absorption rate and stable loss tangent contribute to minimized phase shift, even in varying temperature and humidity environments.
