High Frequency RO4350B Matt Black RF PCB Board Eco Friendly

Today, we are happy to share our newly shipped PCB. The newly shipped PCB is a high-performance board that has been supplied to meet the needs of high-frequency applications. The board features Rogers RO4350B hydrocarbon ceramic laminates, which are known for their low dielectric constant and loss, making them ideal for high-frequency circuits. Additionally, this material has a lead-free process and can operate in a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it an eco-friendly option for various applications.


The stackup configuration for this PCB consists of base copper layers with a thickness of 17um and a dielectric layer of RO4350B with a thickness of 30mil. The base copper layers are sandwiched between the dielectric layers, resulting in a finished board thickness of 0.8mm and a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) for all layers. The via plating thickness is 1 mil, and the surface finish is ENEPIG. Countersunk holes are required, and edge plating is also necessary for this PCB.

The PCB has a total of 53 pads, with 17 thru-hole pads and 35 top SMT pads. There are no bottom SMT pads in this design. The via copper is pasted filled and capped with a thickness of 0.5mm. There is no top or bottom silkscreen, but the top and bottom solder mask are in matt black.
