Brief Introduction

This type of immersion gold RF PCB is made on AD1000 material, PTFE/Woven Fiberglass/Ceramic Filled Laminate. The circuit board is dual layers with finished 1oz copper. No solder mask and silkscreen. Both layers are fully exposed to air. It’s 0.8mm thick and 50 boards are vacuum packed for shipment.
