    Impedance PCB Single End Impedance Controlled Circuit Board 6 Layer PCB for Vehicle Tracking System
    1.1 General description
    This is a type of single end impedance controlled PCB built on FR-4 substrate with Tg 150°C for the application of vehicle tracking system. As request, it's panelized 12 up with 10mm strips each board because there's parts that overhangs the board. Addtional breakout are added in line with the board, which makes it a lot easier to remove the boards from the panels after assembly. It's an impedance controlled board with 60 ohm on 6 mil single end track on signal layer 3 and layer 4. Other specifications are 1.60 mm thick with white silkscreen on both sides, green solder mask on both sides and immersion gold are on pads. The base material substrate is from ITEQ IT-158. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 25 panels are packed for shipment.

    Definition of Characteristic Impedance
    At a certain frequency, relative to a reference layer, the resistance of its high-frequency signals or electromagnetic waves in the process of transmission is called the characteristic impedance, which is the vector summation of electrical impedance, inductive reactance, capacitance resistance.
    The classification of characteristic impedance
    Common characteristic impedance is divided into: (1) Single ended (line) impedance; (2) Differential impedance and (3) coplanar impedance, etc.
