General description
This is a type of metal core PCB built on aluminum substrate with
1W/MK dielectric material for the application of inverter circuit.
It's 1.6 mm thick, black solder mask. Pads are plated by a layer of
immersion gold. The base material is used from ITEQ, entire board
supplying 1 PCB up. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using
supplied Gerber data. Every 50 boards are packed for shipment.
