With a finished board thickness of 2.1 mm and a finished copper weight of 2 oz (2.8 mils) for the outer layers, the board is designed for durability. The via plating thickness is 20 μm, and the surface finish is immersion gold.

There is no silkscreen or solder mask on either side of the board, and controlled depth slots are required. Each PCB undergoes a 100% electrical test prior to shipment to ensure reliability.
